Do I need prior experience or to be flexible to start yoga?
Answer: Not at all! Yoga welcomes all body types and fitness levels. Beginners often fear lack of flexibility—but that’s exactly who benefits most. Each class offers modifications, and with time, strength and flexibility naturally improve
What is your late‑arrival and cancellation policy?
Answer: For safety and respect, we lock doors 5 minutes after class begins—late arrivals aren’t allowed. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before class to avoid penalties.
Can I drop in or do I need to book ahead?

Answer: You’re welcome to drop in! Doors usually open 10–15 minutes before class. Walk‑ins are fine, but booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot, especially for popular times.
Are there heated or specialized yoga classes available?
Answer: We specialize in traditional styles—Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative—practiced at comfortable room temperature (around 22–24 °C). We don’t offer heated classes like Bikram or hot yoga.
